Less code, more motion
Style transforms, scroll-linked variants, and text effects now cover almost everything we used to write custom overrides for. Parallax, sticky reveals, staggered character animations: all native, all editable on the canvas, all respecting reduced-motion preferences automatically.
We audited a recent project and deleted more than half of its code overrides, replacing them with native effects. The site got faster, and every animation became something the client can tweak themselves.

The craft angle
Native effects also enforce restraint. When motion is this easy, the discipline shifts from whether we can build it to whether it should move at all, which is exactly the right question.
